The NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) gives parents and guardians secure online access to important information about their child’s education—all in one place. You can access your account from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
With an NYCSA Account, You Can:
- Monitor your child’s progress by viewing grades, report cards, attendance, class schedules, and state test scores.
- View transportation information for eligible students.
- Access your child’s IEP information and recommended services (if applicable).
- Complete and submit school forms electronically, eliminating the need for paper forms.
- Update your contact information to help your school keep your family informed.
- Receive important notifications about school events, closures, and emergencies.
- Report bullying incidents through the online reporting portal.
- Access Parent University, which offers free workshops, resources, and events for NYC families.
